Skin care products you can find in your grocery store

Buy a basket of strawberries. 10 for your belly, 5 for your skin.

Our food plays a big role in how we feel and look, and you have probably heard it before; eat your carrots.

Now, water is always a good idea, no matter your mission. And here is a list of other things you can eat or put on your face, that is great for your skin.

Fat fish. Do not put it on your face, put it in your belly. The fat is great for your skin.

Strawberries. For your face and belly. Mash it with sugar and use it as a scrub, or mash it with honey and use it as a 15 minute mask. Packed with vitamins!

Cucumber. Sunburned? Irritated skin? Load your face with a cucumber for 20 minutes and you will feel much better.

Carrots. Mash it and mix with your choice (preferably lemon juice or honey). Use it as a mask. Hydrates and brighten your skin.

Lemon juice. Just lemon juice. Put it on your face. But not in the summer. The high amount of vitamin C combined with sun may lead to your skin burning.

There are several things you can use, the rule is that if it is good for your belly it is good for your skin. But to be sure, always google food before you put it on your face.
